Economy Shipping & Post Office Boxes

All flat rate economy shipping orders ship via the carrier of our choice. Our system chooses the best carrier based on a combination of price, and delivery speed. In the event that the best shipping option requires a physical address, customer service will give you the option to upgrade to a faster shipping speed by supplying a physical address to your residence or work. 

Duties & Fees on International Orders

Orders shipped outside of the United State may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment assumes all responsibility for any import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied after the shipment leaves our warehouse and reaches the recipient's country. Village Candle has no control over these charges, nor can Village Candle predict what they may be. If you have questions regarding additional costs associated with your order, contact your local shipping provider for more information.

High Heat Index

During summer months, our processing time for areas with high temperatures is extended. From June to October, we monitor the heat and ship according to zones to minimize melting wax during transit. Please see the chart below for shipment days for your zone:

International Orders

International shipments (ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE Contiguous U.S., are considered International) which includes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Alaska) are calculated separately per order. Customer Service may contact you via email to verify your shipping cost before shipping any International Order. 

After thorough review and verification, Village Candle® reserves the right to cancel orders without notice, should verification, authentication or pre-authentication not be successful. Every best effort will be made to contact you prior to order cancellation. 

Village Candle® is not responsible for incorrect information entered online by an individual customer.

Please check for accuracy in entering all data for order placement. WE advise you to edit your data to insure your complete contact information, phone number, billing address, ship to address and email address have been typed and entered properly, prior to confirming your online order. * Any typographical errors can result in delay of shipment of the order as well as any oral and written notifications from Village Candle®

Should you need to reroute a package you are required to contact us for our authorization and assistance. You may reach us at 1-800-551-1422 , Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5pm, excluding weekends and major holidays. You can email our customer service department at cs@villagecandle.com.

Inaccurate shipping address information entered by a customer, results in an additional $15.00 fee. This fee is charged by the carrier for rerouting the package. Payment by the individual placing the online order is made directly to Village Candle®, and required prior to rerouting the package. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR REALIZED AFTER FINALIZING AN ORDER:

  • Please notify us immediately via phone or email to correct the inaccurate information.
  • A charge will not be accessed IF the order has not been processed and shipped.
  • Charges will still apply for late notification on orders that have already processed and shipped.
